Privacy Policies
At Evesthetics, we respect your privacy. Your personal information like contact details and health history is collected only to provide safe, personalized services and smooth communication. Everything is securely stored and used only to enhance your experience with us.
Appointment Policies
Appointments must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are not guaranteed.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation to accommodate other clients. Please give us. a call if you are running late.

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may subject to a cancellation of 50% of the service fee.
No shows will be charged 75% of the service fee.
Payments and Refunds
Payment Methods: We accept debit and cash. Payments are due in full at the end of your service.

Refunds: Due to the nature of our work. All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied please notify us through email or by telephone within three days of your appointment and we will work together to make adjustments.

Product Returns: Since we work with GM Collin and they have their own policies for return I have to obey their policy; All product returns must be pre-approved by G.M. Collin to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Health and Safety
At Evesthetics, we follow strict hygiene and sanitation practices to ensure a clean, safe environment for every client. All tools are disinfected, disposable items are single-use, and treatment areas are thoroughly cleaned. Please inform us of any health conditions and reschedule if you're feeling unwell. You're well-being is always our priority.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are only available for purchase in person at the spa. They can be used for any service or product at Evesthetics.
Gift cards expire 1 year from the date of the purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
We need a physical copy of the gift card upon purchase. Treat like cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
Evesthetics reserves the right to refuse services to anyone who may violate our policies. We thrive to maintain a safe and respectful environment. We reserve the right to decline service in cases of inappropriate behaviour, policy violations, or safety concerns. We are committed to treating all clients with care, dignity and without discrimination.
